I have been getting botox for about 8 to 10 years now and I have never truly been happy with the customer service experience or quality of my botox treatments--that was until my experience today The Jab Lab. Nikki is such an amazing person to work with--she is so nice, friendly, genuine and honest about the services (and the pricing of services) she offers up front--and did I mention she's a Navy Veteran having served our Nation for more than 20 years? She's not only a total b@d@$$, but she's incredibly professional and knows exactly what she's doing when it comes to botox and filler treatments. The pricing at The Jab Lab is the best pricing I've received, and I've been to many botox locations from San Diego to Los Angeles and everywhere in between. Nikki is an absolute genius when it comes to injecting. She is educated, takes her time, and is always upfront and honest when it comes to pricing. I highly recommend her!

Phenomenal work! I came in for Botox for the face, neck and traps. It has helped tremendously with migraines. Nikki listened to what I wanted and also took the time to educate and share her expertise. She used a combo of botox & dysport. I noticed the Botox & dysport setting in just 2-3hrs after she injected me. Today is five months post treatment and I still do not have any migraines and muscles continue to feel relaxed. This did not affect my workouts or ability to do pull-ups. My Botox & dysport is still going strong. I am just not able to see the “11s” when I frown. I also received a B12 injection to help with my fatigue. I cannot wait to book my next appointment with Nikki. Overall, I am 10/10 impressed with my treatment!
