Dr. Erin M. Eickhoff, DNP, RN, PHN, PMHNP began her health care career as a Navy Corpsman, EMT, and laboratory technician. With over 30 years in health care, Erin’s vast medical experience and expertise includes mental health and addiction, emergency medicine, surgical care, plastic surgery, combat wounded warrior care, operational systems, evidence based practices, and wellness models. She is passionate about helping people achieve their wellness goals. As a board-certified mental health provider, Erin is poised to listen and help support you in making the positive changes you are seeking.

Nikki Selby, RN

CO-FOUNDER

Nikki Selby, BSN, RN, is an experienced and credentialed aesthetics nurse injector. She has over 28 years in health care. Nikki began her career as a Navy Search and Rescue Corpsman, EMT and Rescue Swimmer. She has extensive knowledge of critical care, emergency medicine, flight nursing, combat care, and trauma medicine. After retiring from the military, Nikki made the transition into medical aesthetics. As an avid wellness enthusiast with a lengthy career educating patients, Nikki is well prepared to help clients meet their goals.Whether you have experience in medical spa treatments or are just learning about aesthetics, she loves helping people and can’t wait to support you on this journey!

Vinson Di Santo, DO, PhD

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Vinson Di Santo, DO, PhD is a board-certified Family Physician with over 35 years of experience in the medical field. He practices both conventional and alternative medicine with a focus in systems biology and lifestyle medicine. With a broad educational background, he earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986. After completing his internship at Phoenix General Hospital in 1987, he went on to complete his residency in Family Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center.

Paul Laband, MD

OWNER OF NATIONAL MEDICAL DIRECTORS, INC

Paul Laband, MD, is board-certified internist with almost 3 decades of experience in primary and hospital-based care. He earned his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine, and completed his internship, residency, and chief residency in internal medicine at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.
